Overview
San Chai Na Shaolin Kempo is a modern martial art which combines Chinese Kung
Fu (Wu Hsing Chuan Fa - 5 animal style) and Chin Na with Japanese and Okinawan
Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Aikido as well as western style boxing to create a comprehensive
system of self defense.

What We Do
The USK dojo offers group classes in the martial arts and cardiovascular workouts
daily (except Sunday) to both adults and children. Private tutorials are also
available for the motivated student.
